New Internet Bill Reinforces Racing Protections
WASHINGTON, D.C. (Aug. 7, 2009) -- Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ) introduced the "Internet Poker and Games of Skill Regulation, Protection and Enforcement Act" (S. 1597) yesterday in the United States Senate. The bill would allow federally-regulated online poker and other games of skill and provide important protections for the horse racing industry.
